Recruitment and exam notifications bury the upload rules on page 14 of a 40-page PDF. FormReady reads the PDF in your browser, lists every photo, signature, thumb, declaration and certificate rule with the sentence it came from, and links each one to a tool already set to those numbers.

What FormReady finds
- Photographs — pixel size or centimetres (converted to pixels at the notification's DPI, 200 if none), KB window and format.
- Signatures, thumb impressions and handwritten declarations — the same, each as its own item.
- Certificates and documents — caste, EWS, income, domicile, marksheets, experience letters — with their KB caps and PDF or JPEG format.
- The last date for applying, when the notification writes it plainly.
- The exam, when it matches one of ExamPic's checked presets such as NEET, UPSC, SSC, IBPS or RRB.

- FormReady reads the text on every page and picks out the lines that describe uploads. Each item shows the sentence and page it came from.

Why a checklist beats reading the PDF
Most rejected uploads come from a rule someone never saw: the signature was 10–20 KB, not "under 50"; the thumb impression needed 240 × 240 pixels; the category certificate had to be a PDF under 300 KB. Those rules sit in a dense annexure, often in a table, sometimes with centimetres in one line and KB in the next. FormReady pulls them into one list, keeps the source sentence next to each rule so nothing is taken on trust, and removes the retyping — the tools open with the numbers in place. It runs without paid AI or a server, so it costs nothing to use and works on the cheapest phone.
Questions
Does FormReady upload my notification?
No. The PDF is opened and read inside your browser tab. Notifications are public, but FormReady still sends nothing anywhere.
Can it read a scanned notification?
Not yet. It reads the text inside a PDF, and a scan is only a picture of text. For scans, add the rules yourself with "Add a rule" — the links still open each tool with your numbers.
How accurate is it?
It uses fixed rules to find sizes written the way notifications write them — "200 x 230 pixels", "between 20 KB and 50 KB", "should not exceed 300 KB", "3.5 x 4.5 cm". It shows the sentence each rule came from so you can check it. Always compare with the notification before uploading.
Does it use AI?
No paid AI and no server. Pattern matching in your browser is enough for upload rules, and it means FormReady is free for everyone and works on any phone.
What if my exam is not detected?
Detection is only a shortcut to a checked preset. Every rule FormReady finds still links to a tool that uses the notification's own numbers.
