Not every exam, recruitment or scholarship form has a preset — state boards, universities, co-operative banks and district offices all publish their own sizes. What the Any form (custom size) portal checks
- Photo, signature, thumb and declaration files are saved as real JPEG with a 200 DPI tag
- Width and height are exact pixels — the photo is cropped to fill the frame, signatures and thumbs are cleaned and fitted
- The KB window has a floor and a ceiling: files below the minimum are padded without changing the pixels, files above the maximum are compressed
- If the notification gives centimetres, multiply by 78.74 for 200 DPI (3.5 cm ≈ 276 px) — FormReady does this conversion for you

How to do it
- Pick the tab for the file you need — the size and KB window are set for you.
- Select the image from your phone. For photos, a plain white wall behind you; for signatures, thumbs and declarations, white paper in daylight.
- Leave Clean on so the paper turns pure white and the ink stays dark.
- Press Make it. The badge turns green when the file is inside the window. Download, then use the "Next" links for the other files.
Questions
My notification only gives a KB limit, no pixels.
Keep the suggested size: 276 × 354 px for a photo and 276 × 118 px for a signature are the common 3.5 × 4.5 cm and 3.5 × 1.5 cm sizes at 200 DPI.
It gives centimetres, not pixels.

Can I add my name and date on the photo?
Open the page from FormReady when the notification asks for it, or use a preset like NEET that prints the strip.
Why is my file a little bigger than the image?
If the result was below the minimum KB, ExamPic added padding inside the JPEG so the file lands in the window. The picture is unchanged.
